Coverage This warranty applies to the part itself only. Direct Auto Parts does not cover any labor, installation, diagnostic, towing, rental, or incidental costs. 2. Tampering & Improper
Installation Any tampering, modification, improper installation, disassembly, or use of incorrect fluids will void the warranty immediately. 3. Return Shipping Responsibility For any warranty claim,
the customer is responsible for all shipping and return transportation costs. The part must be returned to Direct Auto Parts at the customer’s expense for inspection. 4. Inspection Process Upon
receipt, Direct Auto Parts will inspect the returned part. If the part is found defective under warranty terms, a replacement part will be provided. Refunds are issued only at the discretion of
management. Return Policy (Non-Defective Parts) 5. Non-Defective Returns Any part returned that is not defective must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. 6. Restocking Fee All
non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The part must be returned in the same condition as sold, unused, and complete.
